I have a diverse background that contributes to my expertise in personal training, life coaching, and consulting. I hold a certification as a Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Additionally, I have a Masters in Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany and have served as an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Albany. With a 36-year career with the New York State Police, retiring as a Colonel in charge of Employee/HR, I bring extensive knowledge and leadership skills to my coaching and consulting practice.
